Franco Zullo, the founder of Stratego Italia, has 25 years of experience in both multinational companies in strategic marketing, business & brand development, business modelling & project management, managing complex projects and high economic impact.
As a strategic guide, its primary objective is to support entrepreneurs, executives, and managers to identify and develop strategic directions, train people to Excellence with the method, and generate shared value among as many stakeholders as possible.
Creator of the decision-making methodology Lean Decision Quality®, the only method that combines decision-making with people empowerment and the method The Strategic Cycle of Sustainability® to make regenerative companies.
He teaches at Advanced CAS in Project Management at SUPSI University in Lugano. He is the creator of CAS “The Virtuous Cycle of Sustainability, ” creating more Resilient, Systemic, Proactive and Regenerative Organizations”.
