Being not very sexy is linked more to the cognitive aspects of Top Management and Entrepreneurs, anchored to investments and compliance, rather than evaluating the strategic and cultural part, as a natural change, to have a more significant impact on internal and external stakeholders and resulting in more excellent long-term benefits.
