We can imagine an organization as a living being, in which the individual cells, which make up the various organs, have specificities and function in unison. How important is it to have a unifying corporate culture? Courageously building a culture of collaboration is a significant element of a company’s strategy. Teamwork and courage are fueled by inclusive, confident, appreciative, open and impartial behaviors demonstrated by all and essential for companies that want to become sustainable leaders.
Furthermore, careful management of diversity can improve company performance. The challenge for sustainable Leadership also lies in recognizing, respecting, and managing “different brains”. On this “cognitive inclusion” we can effectively build a more productive and sustainable model of collaboration, where we can put our Agentivity into action, which is the ability to make things happen in the sense and direction we wish. All this requires a great ability to develop and affirm Leadership in every area of our life, private, professional and social, and working on us can facilitate the acquisition of a new way of Thinking, Deciding and Acting.
