The theme of Diversity & Inclusion today is much debated and embraces various themes and different levels.
Alas, there are still many words but few facts. The data confirm this blah, blah, blah and are not very encouraging: only 21% of people feel “engaged” at work worldwide, and the figure drops in Europe to 14% – source Gallup.
As a result, governance and performance in organizations suffer, as does the well-being of people!
This event aims to focus on the less inclusive behaviours of entrepreneurs, managers and colleagues in their daily work, thus avoiding discussing maximum systems.
The purpose of the contents is to illustrate
- the cognitive problem and how neuroscience can mitigate it
- the formula of Inclusion
- virtuous behaviours, how to make people more inclusive in business and private life
- 1 action to take home to practice the next day
