We engaged with Franco to support our return to Italy after living overseas for 10 years. Even if it wasn’t strictly work related, his method can be used for different contexts.

When we started we didn’t have a clear idea of our objectives. With Franco and his “Lean Decision Quality” method we managed to define the most successful strategy for us.

A beautiful aspect of this method is that it is based on evidence, which allows you to bring on board external stakeholders with different views and have a “real check” with them.

This method takes you out of your comfort zone and allows you to explore new opportunities.
Franco has good active listening skills and tries to understand others’ point of views, he seeks out ideas and makes those ideas part of the solution. He has great communication skills.

The time spent with Franco has been really useful to better define our strategy. After six months from our return we keep using his techniques to ensure we are making the right decisions.

In my experience at Swarovski Italia sales direction, there were many situations in which I had to make decisions that impact deeply on the business. And in all situations the common problem was the need to have to choose, decide in a short time, based on often incomplete information. Since I learned about Lean Decision Quality, the quality of the results of my choices has grown significantly: I became aware of the importance and methods to stem the prejudices that guide us, and how to support and encourage the team in ask questions and in retrieving the most useful information to make effective and valuable choices, even in situations that require limited readiness and decision-making times.

Avoid bias, don’t let yourself be influenced by prejudice. The Masterclass gave me the opportunity to go further and to face the challenges of yesterday and today with a look to the future.

I attended the Masterclass on Lean Decision Quality organized by Stratego. The workshop was successfully conducted by Franco Zullo. The topics covered were very interesting from a theoretical point of view. The theory was followed by practical exercises, on a Case Study, organized very effectively. At the end of the day, I was very satisfied: improve decision analysis to be able to make strategic decisions in a conscious, professional and effective way.

I was lucky enough to apply Lean Decision Quality in the company on a couple of occasions, and the result was explosive. Not only did we achieve excellent work by proposing different solutions and having the ability to argue them all, but it was a lot of fun and improved relationships between colleagues; this is also a lovely unexpected gift.

Think outside the box of Lean Decision Quality is a real investment in “quality of time”, which inevitably leads to a “quality decision”! Well, my high expectations have been far exceeded. Seeing is believing!

The interactive Masterclass in Strategic Project Management allows the participant, regardless of the role held in the company, to be able to approach the decision-making process that should be applied to the top management. By acting with a critical thinking, eliminating biases, disengaging decision-makers, valuing and involving the right people, it will be possible to correctly evaluate the scenario and get at the best performing solution.

I think that “Stratego” possesses the energy and the correct authenticity to communicate in a clear way its own vision. A constructive group discussion through a collaborative approach, as occurred during the workshop, allowed me to express better my potential, by helping me without doubt to become more smart and open minded and by inspiring me towards the winning strategy to take decisions in brief time act to solve complex problems of high criticality.

I should say that I was quite skeptical when I decided to join the masterclass on “decision making”. But I was wrong, the class with Franco Zullo was extremely helpful! In a very playful manner, we were discussing serious topics and just in few hours I received a completely new perspective on my business that I have never considered before.
